Event: HofHaltig – The Hof Autumn Market

HofHaltig – The Hof Autumn Market

9/27/2025 10:00:00 AM

Experience the Hof Autumn Market under the motto “HofHaltig”!

Under the name “HofHaltig,” the market presents itself in a new light. The goal is to transform the Hof city center into a meeting point for regional traders, manufacturers, creators, and initiatives to inform and raise awareness about sustainability. At “HofHaltig,” we focus not only on offering consumer goods but also on introducing visitors to sustainable living options.

HofHaltig, a blend of the name of the city Hof and the word sustainable, took place for the first time in 2022. The concept was well received: The Hof Autumn Market showcased its new sustainable identity last year and is sure to attract many visitors to the Hof city center again this year. HofHaltig will present regional products and sustainably produced goods on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, and will also provide a platform for services and information booths on sustainability and climate protection.

At “HofHaltig,” not only consumer goods are offered, but visitors are also introduced to sustainable living options. One of the region's most popular themed markets! No wonder: special pedestrian areas have been expanded for foot traffic. While strolling through the sunny autumn Hof city center, visitors can look forward to a variety of market stalls and vendors.

The keywords environmental and climate protection, ecological footprint, regionality, and sustainability are not only widely discussed but are now tangible and experiential. Ecological garden design, ideas for reuse, as well as re- and up-cycling will also be addressed. Of course, local retail remains a key part of the market weekend: On Sunday, September 28, there will be a shopping Sunday in the Hof city center.
